My father and brother joined the Costa Serena trip back in September, went to Taiwan and Japan. Initially, they enjoyed trip, unfortunately, my father fell from the stairs and was injured. Although it happened at night time in the Philippines, somebody from Astrokidd immediately responded to my messages and assured us as much as they could. As my father had to stay in the hospital in Japan, only my brother went on with the trip, Astrokidd assisted on his arrival and helped us to arrange all the post trip papers and payments (I paid them later) due to the incident. My family and I were in the Costa Serena tour from 26 Sep to 1 Oct 2025 which we booked through Astrokidd Travel and Tours. What a memorable and enjoyable moment for all of us! We really enjoyed our time in the cruise ship, including our day tour at Keelung and Ishigaki cities.

Very legit 100% super satisfied with our Japan Tour last year December 2024. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and our Filipino and Japanese tour guide is very helpful! It was my second time to book with astrokidd travel and tours and it never failed me. Good service! Fast and simple transaction. Very accommodating van drivers. We had fun with astrokidd.what i like about them is that the booking is swift,easy and no hassle.the places we’ve been were amazingly beautiful.their itineraries are accurately done!
