1. How do I book a travel package?
You can book through our website, social media pages, or by visiting our office. Our team will guide you through the process and provide all the details you need.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal (you can also pay with a debit or credit card through PayPal) and direct bank transfer. Online payments via PayPal have a 4% payment surcharge; bank transfer has no surcharge.
3. Can I customize my travel package?
Send us your preferred travel dates, number of travelers, and budget, and our team will let you know what we can arrange for your group.
4. Do you provide international travel services?
Yes. We offer international tour packages from Manila to destinations in Asia such as South Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam, China, and Bali, Indonesia. See our Packages page for current departures.
5. Is travel insurance included in the packages?
Travel insurance is not included in our package rates. It is listed under “Exclusions” on each package page, together with its rate.
6. What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my trip?
Cancellation and rebooking terms depend on the package and airline. Please contact our team before booking so we can explain the terms of your chosen tour.
