  My father and brother joined the Costa Serena trip back in September, went to Taiwan and Japan. Initially, they enjoyed trip, unfortunately, my father fell from the stairs and was injured. Although it happened at night time in the Philippines, somebody from Astrokidd immediately responded to my messages and assured us as much as they could. As my father had to stay in the hospital in Japan, only my brother went on with the trip, Astrokidd assisted on his arrival and helped us to arrange all the post trip papers and payments (I paid them later) due to the incident.  Would like to Thank the al staff of Astrokidd for all their assistance for my father and brother during their trip!

Very legit 100% super satisfied with our Japan Tour last year December 2024. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and our Filipino and Japanese tour guide is very helpful! Kudos to your team!!!

1. How do I book a travel package?

You can book through our website, social media pages, or by visiting our office. Our team will guide you through the process and provide all the details you need.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal (you can also pay with a debit or credit card through PayPal) and direct bank transfer. Online payments via PayPal have a 4% payment surcharge; bank transfer has no surcharge.

3. Can I customize my travel package?

Send us your preferred travel dates, number of travelers, and budget, and our team will let you know what we can arrange for your group.

4. Do you provide international travel services?

Yes. We offer international tour packages from Manila to destinations in Asia such as South Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam, China, and Bali, Indonesia. See our Packages page for current departures.

5. Is travel insurance included in the packages?

Travel insurance is not included in our package rates. It is listed under “Exclusions” on each package page, together with its rate.

6. What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my trip?

Cancellation and rebooking terms depend on the package and airline. Please contact our team before booking so we can explain the terms of your chosen tour.
