1.1 Bookings made through our website are on a Book and Buy basis. Full payment is required upon booking. There is no holding period. Seats are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
1.2 All payments are non-refundable.
1.3 In case of human or system error in invoicing, Astrokidd Travel and Tours reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service.
1.4 Fuel Surcharge: Airline fuel surcharges and taxes are subject to change without prior notice. If the airline imposes an additional fuel surcharge or tax increase after booking, the additional amount shall be shouldered by the passenger. Our team will contact the passenger to advise the updated amount, which must be settled immediately upon notice.
1.5 Installment Payment via Bank Transfer: Passengers who wish to pay in installments via bank transfer must email bookings@astrokiddtravel.ph for manual booking. Installment terms vary per destination and are indicated in each tour's catalog or product page. Our reservation team will confirm the payment schedule and booking status via email.
2.1 Payment may be transferred to another passenger traveling on the same tour date, provided the reservation team is notified in writing at least 45 days before departure.
2.2 Replacements are subject to airline and supplier approval.
3.1 For destinations that require a visa, complete documents must be submitted to us at least two (2) to three (3) months before departure.
3.2 Astrokidd Travel and Tours is not responsible for the visa result of passengers who fail to submit their documents within this period.
3.3 No refund or compensation will be given if a passenger cannot proceed with the tour due to incorrect, incomplete, or missing personal documents.
3.4 In case of visa denial, the booking is strictly non-refundable. A replacement passenger may be accepted if the replacement is made at least 45 days before departure, subject to applicable fees and approval.
4.1 All cancellations made by the passenger are non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation is made.
4.2 Any unused portion of the tour is non-refundable.
4.3 Passengers who are not allowed to depart by immigration at any international airport are not entitled to a refund or rebooking of the tour cost and tipping fee. The tipping fee serves as a salary subsidy for tour guides and drivers.
4.4 Medical cases: Refunds for airline tickets are subject to the airline's policies. Any unused portion of the land tour is non-refundable.
5.1 Astrokidd Travel and Tours reserves the right to cancel or reroute any tour due to acts of nature, road or trail conditions, insufficient number of participants, or other unforeseen circumstances that affect our ability to operate the trip. In such cases, the trip will be rescheduled.
5.2 Astrokidd Travel and Tours is not responsible for any additional expenses the guest may incur in relation to a cancelled tour, including costs caused by travel delays, flight cancellations, illness, and non-refundable air tickets or related penalties.
6.1 In the event of flight cancellations or schedule changes, the passenger agrees that Astrokidd Travel and Tours shall not be held liable for any resulting disruptions, including but not limited to financial costs, rebooking, and missed connections.
6.2 For passengers holding separate domestic flight tickets:
6.3 If a flight is disrupted due to a schedule change, an alternative travel date may be offered to the affected passenger. Once the alternative date is confirmed in writing, the confirmation and revised itinerary are final and binding. No further changes, cancellations, or rescheduling requests will be accepted unless allowed under these terms or approved at the sole discretion of Astrokidd Travel and Tours.
7.1 E-tickets and Tour Memos will be sent 3 to 7 days before departure.
