1.1 Bookings made through our website are on a Book and Buy basis. Full payment is required upon booking. There is no holding period. Services are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
1.2 All payments are non-refundable.
1.3 In case of human or system error in invoicing, Astrokidd Travel and Tours reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service.
1.4 Installment Payment via Bank Transfer: Guests who wish to pay in installments via bank transfer must email bookings@astrokiddtravel.ph for manual booking. Installment terms vary per tour and are indicated in each tour's catalog or product page. Our reservation team will confirm the payment schedule and booking status via email.
2.1 All cancellations made by the guest are non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation is made.
2.2 Any unused portion of the tour, including missed activities, meals, transfers, or hotel nights, is non-refundable.
2.3 No-shows and late arrivals are non-refundable.
2.4 Medical cases: Any unused portion of the tour is non-refundable.
2.5 Shared (Joiner) Tours and Transfers: For shared tours and transfers, guests must be at the designated pick-up point on time. Vehicles depart as scheduled and will not wait for late guests. Guests who miss the tour or transfer due to late arrival are considered no-shows. The booking is automatically non-refundable, and Astrokidd Travel and Tours shall not be held responsible for any resulting costs, including alternative transportation.
3.1 A booking may be transferred to another guest traveling on the same tour date, provided the reservation team is notified in writing at least 15 days before the tour date.
3.2 Replacements are subject to supplier approval and applicable fees.
4.1 Astrokidd Travel and Tours reserves the right to cancel, reroute, or change the sequence of any tour due to acts of nature, weather, road or trail conditions, government advisories, insufficient number of participants, or other unforeseen circumstances that affect our ability to operate the tour. In such cases, the tour will be rescheduled.
4.2 If a hotel, vehicle, or activity becomes unavailable, Astrokidd Travel and Tours may replace it with one of similar category.
4.3 Astrokidd Travel and Tours is not responsible for any additional expenses the guest may incur in relation to a cancelled or changed tour, including costs caused by travel delays, flight cancellations, illness, and non-refundable air tickets or related penalties.
5.1 Unless stated in the booking confirmation, flights are not included. Guests who book their own flights are responsible for arriving on time for the scheduled tour.
5.2 Astrokidd Travel and Tours is not liable for any tour services missed due to flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes. Such missed services are non-refundable.
5.3 Any third-party arrangements affected by a flight schedule change remain the sole responsibility of the guest.
6.1 Guests are responsible for carrying valid identification and travel documents for the entire trip.
6.2 Guests must follow the instructions of the tour guide and the rules of hotels, attractions, and local authorities.
6.3 Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
6.4 Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
7.1 Tour vouchers and Tour Memos will be sent 3 to 7 days before the tour date.
10.1 Foreign guests are responsible for meeting Philippine entry requirements, including a valid passport, visa (if applicable), and arrival registration such as eTravel.
11.1 Domestic flights are subject to airline policies. Refunds, rebooking, and schedule changes are subject to airline approval.
11.2 Astrokidd Travel and Tours will not provide any compensation or reimbursement for airline delays, cancellations, or schedule changes.
12.1 Island hopping, boat transfers, and outdoor activities may be cancelled due to weather or advisories from PAGASA, the Philippine Coast Guard, or local government units. In such cases, the activity will be rescheduled when possible.
13.1 Environmental fees, terminal fees, and local government fees are subject to change without prior notice. Any increase after booking shall be shouldered by the guest.
14.1 The final list of participants must be submitted to Astrokidd Travel and Tours before the tour date.
14.2 Schools are responsible for securing required permits, parental consent, and adequate chaperones for minors.
14.3 The group coordinator is responsible for relaying all tour information and these terms to the participants.
