Sample itinerary

Day 1 – Arrival
Pick-up at Dumaguete Airport and transfer to your hotel. Check-in at 2:00 PM. Free time.

Day 2 – Dumaguete Half-Day Tour
Breakfast. Pick-up at 8:00 AM, tour ends about 12:00 NN: Dumaguete public market (budbud and painitan), St. Catherine of Alexandria Cathedral, Bell Tower, National Museum Dumaguete, Provincial Capitol, Islas Buglas Cafe, Silliman University, Dumaguete signage, Rizal Boulevard, souvenir shops (Pinspire, Handumanan – closed on Sundays) and Sans Rival pastries. Transfer back to the hotel.

Day 3 – Departure
Breakfast and check-out (12:00 NN). Transfer to the airport for your flight.

Optional tours (per person)

  • Apo Island (shared, 7:00 AM–2:00 PM) – ₱2,880: boat from Malatapay port, snorkeling along the shoreline sanctuary, beach swimming. Includes hotel pick-up and drop-off, lunch, drinks and fruits, environmental fee, boat fee, cottage, parking fee. Not included: snorkeling fee ₱300 per person (gear, booties, life vest and guide).
  • Manjuyod Sandbar and Dolphin Watching (shared, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM) – ₱3,360: boat from the port, dolphin watching, sandbar swimming, snorkeling area. Includes hotel pick-up and drop-off, lunch, drinks and fruits, terminal, boat, docking and parking fees. December to March: dolphin sightings are not guaranteed.
  • Valencia Tour (shared, pick-up 8:00 AM) – ₱1,860: Tierra Alta glass walk, The Barn / Mango Ranch, sulfur vents, Pulang Bato Falls, Red Rock Hot Spring, Forest Camp cold spring, Valencia Plaza, Cata-al War Museum, Subida souvenirs. Includes hotel pick-up and drop-off, air-conditioned transportation, driver and parking fee. Not included: meals and entrance fees.
  • Pamplona Sightseeing Tour with Cafe Alicia (private, 8 hours, pick-up 8:00 AM) – ₱2,460: Cafe Alicia and Rabbiton, Sakada Cafe (viewing), Amlan Old Church, Sibulan Church. Includes air-conditioned transportation, driver, tour guide, parking and entrance fees, hotel pick-up and drop-off. Not included: meals (about ₱400–450 per person) and park adventure activities.

How to book

  1. Choose your hotel and your arrival and departure dates. The package is 3 days / 2 nights; any extra nights are added automatically at the extra-night rate. Rates depend on the season: lean (June 1–November 30), peak (December 1–May 31) and Christmas/New Year (December 20–January 3).
  2. Tick optional tours and choose the day for each.
  3. Set the quantity to the number of persons (minimum 2), then check out and pay online or by bank transfer.

Online booking closes 14 days before arrival. Rates are per person, subject to hotel availability and may change without prior notice. “Or any similar” – the hotel may be replaced by one of the same class when not available.

Booking Terms and Conditions – Philippine Tours

PART A: GENERAL TERMS

(Applies to all International Land Arrangements and Philippine Tours)

1. Booking and Payment

1.1 Bookings made through our website are on a Book and Buy basis. Full payment is required upon booking. There is no holding period. Services are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

1.2 All payments are non-refundable.

1.3 In case of human or system error in invoicing, Astrokidd Travel and Tours reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service.

1.4 Installment Payment via Bank Transfer: Guests who wish to pay in installments via bank transfer must email bookings@astrokiddtravel.ph for manual booking. Installment terms vary per tour and are indicated in each tour's catalog or product page. Our reservation team will confirm the payment schedule and booking status via email.

2. Cancellation by the Guest

2.1 All cancellations made by the guest are non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation is made.

2.2 Any unused portion of the tour, including missed activities, meals, transfers, or hotel nights, is non-refundable.

2.3 No-shows and late arrivals are non-refundable.

2.4 Medical cases: Any unused portion of the tour is non-refundable.

2.5 Shared (Joiner) Tours and Transfers: For shared tours and transfers, guests must be at the designated pick-up point on time. Vehicles depart as scheduled and will not wait for late guests. Guests who miss the tour or transfer due to late arrival are considered no-shows. The booking is automatically non-refundable, and Astrokidd Travel and Tours shall not be held responsible for any resulting costs, including alternative transportation.

3. Guest Replacement

3.1 A booking may be transferred to another guest traveling on the same tour date, provided the reservation team is notified in writing at least 15 days before the tour date.

3.2 Replacements are subject to supplier approval and applicable fees.

4. Changes or Cancellation by Astrokidd Travel and Tours

4.1 Astrokidd Travel and Tours reserves the right to cancel, reroute, or change the sequence of any tour due to acts of nature, weather, road or trail conditions, government advisories, insufficient number of participants, or other unforeseen circumstances that affect our ability to operate the tour. In such cases, the tour will be rescheduled.

4.2 If a hotel, vehicle, or activity becomes unavailable, Astrokidd Travel and Tours may replace it with one of similar category.

4.3 Astrokidd Travel and Tours is not responsible for any additional expenses the guest may incur in relation to a cancelled or changed tour, including costs caused by travel delays, flight cancellations, illness, and non-refundable air tickets or related penalties.

5. Flights

5.1 Unless stated in the booking confirmation, flights are not included. Guests who book their own flights are responsible for arriving on time for the scheduled tour.

5.2 Astrokidd Travel and Tours is not liable for any tour services missed due to flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes. Such missed services are non-refundable.

5.3 Any third-party arrangements affected by a flight schedule change remain the sole responsibility of the guest.

6. Guest Responsibilities

6.1 Guests are responsible for carrying valid identification and travel documents for the entire trip.

6.2 Guests must follow the instructions of the tour guide and the rules of hotels, attractions, and local authorities.

6.3 Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.

6.4 Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

7. Travel Documents

7.1 Tour vouchers and Tour Memos will be sent 3 to 7 days before the tour date.

PART C: PHILIPPINE TOURS

10. Entry Requirements for Foreign Guests

10.1 Foreign guests are responsible for meeting Philippine entry requirements, including a valid passport, visa (if applicable), and arrival registration such as eTravel.

11. Domestic Flights (if booked through us)

11.1 Domestic flights are subject to airline policies. Refunds, rebooking, and schedule changes are subject to airline approval.

11.2 Astrokidd Travel and Tours will not provide any compensation or reimbursement for airline delays, cancellations, or schedule changes.

12. Weather and Sea Travel

12.1 Island hopping, boat transfers, and outdoor activities may be cancelled due to weather or advisories from PAGASA, the Philippine Coast Guard, or local government units. In such cases, the activity will be rescheduled when possible.

13. Environmental and Local Fees

13.1 Environmental fees, terminal fees, and local government fees are subject to change without prior notice. Any increase after booking shall be shouldered by the guest.

14. School and Corporate Groups

14.1 The final list of participants must be submitted to Astrokidd Travel and Tours before the tour date.

14.2 Schools are responsible for securing required permits, parental consent, and adequate chaperones for minors.

14.3 The group coordinator is responsible for relaying all tour information and these terms to the participants.
